We offer Free Worldwide Shipping. Depending on your location, we either use UPS, DHL or Swedish Postnord.
Sweden
Expected shipping time: 1-2 business days
Europe
Expected shipping time: 5-7 business days
Rest of world
Expected shipping time: 12-15 business days
All orders are usually handled and shipped within 1 business day. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday (excluding Swedish public holidays). All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Based on your location, you may or may not receive a tracking number.
International Warranty
All Audeor products have been carefully inspected and are guaranteed to be in perfect working order at delivery. Audeor AB warrants your product against any defects in material and workmanship, for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. During this period, Audeor AB will either:
- Repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts free of charge.
- Exchange the product with a new functionally equivalent product.
- Refund the original purchase price.
This warranty excludes wear and tear resulting from normal use and any misusage. Local warranty and consumer right legislations are not limited by this warranty.
Returns
Any product purchased from Audeor.com can be returned within 14 days after receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by you.
