Shipping

We offer shipping to nearly all countries around the world with just a few exceptions.

If you cannot find your country in the drop down menu at checkout, it unfortunately means that we are currently not serving your country.

The simple answer is nothing! We offer free worldwide shipping.

All orders are usually handled and shipped within 1 business day. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday (excluding Swedish public holidays). All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

Depending to which country in the world you are ordering to, tracking might be available. It depends on the shipping company we are using for your destination. If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking code in the shipping confirmation email.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

All prices on our website include VAT for customers in accordance with applicable legislation. If an order is placed from a country outside of the EU, the prices are excluding VAT. Orders shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. Please note that Audeor has no control over these charges and since these charges are different in different countries, Audeor cannot predict the amount. We recommend that you contact your local customs and/or tax office for more information.

Warranty and Returns

Yes, your Audeor product has been carefully inspected and is guaranteed to be in perfect working order at delivery. Audeor AB warrants this product against any defects in material and workmanship, for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. During this period, we will either:

- Repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts free of charge.

- Exchang­­­­­­e the product with a new functionally equivalent product.

- Refund the original purchase price.

This warranty excludes wear and tear resulting from normal use and any misusage. Local warranty and consumer right legislations are not limited by this warranty.

Yes, any product purchased from Audeor.com can be returned within 14 days after receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by you.

Should you want to request a return, please contact us at client-care@audeor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions regarding how and where to send your package. Any item sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted. 

Audeor AB, may at any time and in its sole discretion, deny any requested return that doesn't live up to to the stated requirements above. 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (no later than 7 days after delivery) via client-care@audeor.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will solve the problem for you.

Yes, they work with all iPhones.

However, you probably have an iPhone 7 or newer and hence need to use a lightning to 3.5 mm headphone jack adapter.

These have historically been included with your iPhone, but if you've lost it or have an iPhone from the latest 12 series, you can add one for FREE when you check out!

Yes, it will work. However, you will need to use the USB-C to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter that was included with your phone.

Yes, they have a combined remote and microphone.

No, they are made of metal and plated with 24k gold.
